Online Checkout & Purchase

All products listed on the XC Garden website can be purchased directly on our secure WordPress/WooCommerce store. You do not need to contact us, request a quote, or complete any steps outside our website to buy the items shown in our store.

Our checkout process is designed to be simple and straightforward. To complete a purchase:

Add the items you wish to buy to your cart.
Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing details.
Select one of the payment options listed on this page.
Review your order total and place your order.

The entire transaction—from product selection through payment—is completed on XC Garden. We only collect information necessary to process payment and fulfill your order (such as name, shipping address, email address, and payment details).

Who Can Checkout

Our website checkout is available to all customers, including individual shoppers, wholesale buyers, and retail customers. Both personal and commercial buyers use the same secure online checkout flow.

Order Confirmation & Estimated Delivery

After you successfully complete checkout, you will receive a purchase confirmation that includes your order details and an estimated delivery timeframe.

On-screen confirmation: Immediately after payment, you will see an order confirmation page displaying your order number, items purchased, order total, shipping address, and estimated delivery timeframe.
Email confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, including your order number, purchased items, payment summary, shipping address, and estimated delivery window.

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for order processing and 1–2 business days for warehouse handling before dispatch. Full details are available on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping notification email with tracking information when available.

Accepted Payments

XC Garden accepts the following online payment options at checkout. Only payment options displayed during checkout for your country, currency, and device are available for your order.

Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed on the checkout page before you submit payment. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you will be charged in, subject to your payment provider’s conversion rules if applicable.

Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.

Pay With Credit/Debit Card

The available credit and debit card options are listed above. The card networks shown are the most commonly used on this website. If your card issuer is not listed, you may still proceed with checkout—we accept major international credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Pay With Google Pay and Apple Pay

Google Pay: Select Google Pay at checkout to complete your purchase quickly using a credit or debit card linked to your Google account.

Apple Pay: If you’re using an Apple device, you can select Apple Pay at checkout for a quick and secure payment process. Your card details are not stored on your device or our servers.

Payment Security

All payments on XC Garden are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways with SSL/TLS encryption during checkout. We only collect the information required to process your payment and deliver your order. We do not store your full credit or debit card number on our servers and do not sell your payment or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Billing Questions, Refunds & Charge Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge from XC Garden or XC Garden, please contact us first at [email protected] with your order number so we can assist quickly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
